PVD Coating System
Metal plating obtained through various PVD nanotechnologies (metallization – sputtering etc.), which can satisfy esthetical or functional requirements.
The versatility of the manufacturing cycles executed at our company enables us to plate a large range of supports, from plastic (ABS, PA, PU, PBT, PC etc.) to all metals and alloys, glass, ceramic and other.
Such materials can be coated with almost all metals from the Periodic Table of the Elements as well as with a lot of alloys.
These thin films can be used for ennobling the materials and giving them an esthetical appearance which is different from the original one, without modifying the basic characteristics of the material itself. In addition to this such plating products are also used as EMI or RFI shielding, as heat or vapour barrier as well as for giving or raising conductivity.
Other coatings, that we obtain through different technologies, enable us to produce some thicker films with metals, alloys, ceramic materials and so on.
These films are wearproof and offer some other characteristics such as an excellent oxidation resistance and much more.
